LEADER is an innovative community driven method of delivering the Rural Development Programme (RDPE), which, at its heart, is the principle that rural communities understand their needs and if they work together they can achieve real and lasting change at the local level. To make this happen the LEADER approach provides support to broadly based groups of local organisations and individuals, to come together to define and then implement a Local Development Strategy.

We are pleased to announce that the three applications we have been working with have been awarded grant funding.
